Question about lump in delt, possible scar tissue

Hey guys, hoping someone can offer some insight or point me in the right direction.

I have somewhat of a lump in both mid delts, im assuming from pinning too often or for too long. I have not pinned either in about 6 weeks and nothing has really changed. i can feel the hard lump beneath the skin and the area around it feels puffy, like it is surrounded by something aqueous. It is definitely visible, my mid delts look like they are full of seo and i did a terrible job with it.

Also It is not warm, red nor painful and never has been. I am assuming its some sort of scar tissue I need to get broken up but Im not too sure. Any suggestions how I do this or what sort of practitioner I see about doing so.

Any help is much appreciated.

Could be scar tissue, I would get it massaged and get whatever it is broken up.

I get little lumps in my glutes cuz its my go to spot and I take a few weeks off it dissipates.

I have this same issue. I assumed it was scar tissue. If I stick a needle in that area I usually can't push the oil in. Not sure of there's a way to remedy this or help heal the scar tissue. Interested in an answer myself.

Guys, I have been getting those too, I have my wife massage them out at night and its normally alot better in the morning. I also rotate injections into the pecs and that gives my shoulders a break. Right now I am pinning prop/tren 100/75 every day and cyp 1000mg every week, so I feel the rotation pain you are going through, but its part of the life. Good luck guys!

Could be a granuloma or granulomateous calcification from injections.

Thanks for the answers guys, glad to hear im not alone here.

I made an appointment with my chiro with a ultrasound machine that is supposed to help break up scar tissue. It is called a Well Wave if anyone is interested. Ill report back if it helps.

It's a pain in the ass. Sometimes I have to stick myself multiple times till I find an area I can finally push the oil in.

I get them in my glutes too for some reason when pinning too often. They usually seem to go down after not pinning the area for a long time but I don't think they ever fully disappear.

I have a few spots on my delts. I switched from 22ga 1 inch to a 27ga half inch dart a few years ago. Drastically reduced scar tissue build-up.

I think surgery is the only effective way to remove granulation tissue.

This is what I was thinking because there feels like a lot of liquid, especially it my left delt.

I have been reading up on this since it was mentioned, certainly sounds possible. Although not very encouraging

Most of the time it doesn't cause any functional issues, so there is little reason to have them removed.

Seeing as how granulomas are driven by an immune response to the foreign body, oil depot in this case, I wonder if immunomodulatory compounds could slow their development. Cromolyn sodium, montelukast or even quercetin.
