question about my bloodwork

i got my test levels checked as I dont have much of a libido, im tired all the time and its hard to get motivated to get to the gym and my work schedule has me all over the place.

24 years old, 230lbs lifting about 9 years. Eating pretty clean no starchy carbs, chicken, beef, coconut oil, and greens mostly

testosterone serum- 498 range 348-1197
free testosterone (direct)- 7.2 range 9.3-26.5

How would you guys interpret this.
 
How long post cycle was this blood work, what were you on, and for how long?
 
havent dont AAS yet. Last prohormone cycle was 2.5 years ago. I was on some of Mexi's Gh 6 months ago.

Well you can clearly see from your own results you are at the low end of normal. Many men begin HRT when they are considered low normal, they generally don't wait until they fall,outside of normal. You may be a candidate for a legit script for test.
 
Without knowing your other hormone perimeters, we are going to assume by calculations of your SHBG?> (59ng/dl)Albumin?>(4.3ng/dl)Testosterone 498ng/dl = Free Testosterone of 7.06ng/dl-1.42% and Bio Available Testosterone 165ng/dl-33.2% . With the numbers you have, this is a rough guess of your SHBG and Albumin.

You have a very low Bio Available Testosterone as well Free Testosterone, we can only assume your Estradiol is relatively high. We can also assume your other Sex hormones and Thyroid function/ Cortisol secretion are not within equilibrium to said hormones you have on your labs. Libido and sense of well-being are not determined by testosterone specifically.

I'm just guessing, but I would say you are probably driving your test down through stress and lack of daily exercise, also perhaps calorie restriction.

I guess you could say stress is mediocre. Generally working 15 hr days then getting to te gym for an hour and a half. I am calorie restricted right now I'm dropped 10lbs since New Years thanks to Amg's diet advice

My tsh is 3.37 with te range of 0.5 - 4.5.

Free test is 7.2

How is your sleep? I think you are probably naturally low and pushing it even lower with extreme work hours and stress from dieting, remember you can't always feel being overworked.

Depending on my schedule it ranges from 4-7 hrs. When I'm off and catch up I sleep 10 hrs -12 hrs and wake up exhausted
