Question about Pip

What does the abbreviation pip mean when people are talking about after injecting?

Sorry for the dumb question. Just can't remeber or not sure if I ever knew?

And they don't mean pain from the needle. It is pain that comes later that day or the next day, it is from what was injected into you and not because of the needle. I have had it so bad I couldn't sit down.

I've had it pretty bad with test prop, but the prop that I've recently pinned has almost no PIP 5 hours later...strange. Guy must really know what he's doing or the gear is fake/underdosed.

I'm keeping positive and going to guess that he just knows what he's doing considering he called it painless prop.
