What's better for hypertrophy?
3x10 at 70% of 1rm
10x3 at 90% of 1rm
(rest between sets between 60-90 seconds for both)
Also, I have difficulty in curling 40 lbs db for 15 reps. I decided to break it down to 3 sets of 5 reps alternating between each arms with very little break in between. So I'm basically curling 5 reps with my right arm, switch to my left immediately, 5 reps, switch back again to right and so on. Is this ok or am I short changing myself?
