Question about sex for HRT and long-term testosterone users

Does TRT increase or decrease your sex drive, ability to cum, sperm count and the amount of semen/ejaculate? I had thought that since exogenous testosterone makes the testes shrink, it would reduces the ability to have sex, but I've also read some conflicting opinions on this, so I am looking for facts.

I don't know the facts but I can tell you what I've experienced. TRT/test usage for sure increases sex drive. Never really noticed if my loads are affected by the test but I don't really remember what my loads were like pre-test. And I've been on test (cruising or blasting) for the past 5 years and in that time my wife has gotten pregnant twice (with the help of HCG), so it may reduce sperm count but nothing that can't be reversed.

It increases sex drive use 300-500 mcg HCG every 3-5 days to keep nuts to proper size.

I've been on for 3.5 years straight, it can DEF increase sexdrive. But I've also noticed periods where maintaining an erection was tough. However that could very well have been psychological, depending on what was goin on in my life, etc. Nowadays I'll take caber once a week along with my aromasin and have yet to experience that downshift again.

TRT plus HCG is better than TRT alone.
TRT plus HCG plus some CIALIS is even better.

I don't do well with high test, regarding sex drive.

The sex drive from TRT gets me in trouble with the girlfriend to answer your question. I notice no decrease in load size, and it feels like being a 18 year old in terms of libido/ejaculation volume etc.....

TRT does nothing but bad for my sex drive. Until I get to 300mg or more, it's lower than when I'm off altogether. But at 300, my E2 skyrockets. 150mg a week (TRT) and sex drive is shot. AI's make it worse.

I still have sex several times a week, my GF is gorgeous and loves sex, so, it's a must. And I enjoy it, of course. But as far as Libido...I only recall it vaguely.

I thought AI's were what was necessary to control estrogen which is the culprit for ED issues (non psychological issues, anyways).

Never done this with prop but suspension sub q was hands down my favourite 10mg/day

im 35 year old husband and father and i would probably consider staying on 400mg of test/wk for life. i don't see any real hard evidence suggesting this would be harder than any other lifestyle. never used growth but all my buddies my age say they'd stay on 2iu for life. i talk to my doc about it, tell him im doing my own TRT, and he just does my blood work and watches me. my values are nothing out of the ordinary until i start hitting up like 800mg of test/wk then they are at the high end of normal ranges ... just slight concern.

its synthetic. you will always feel better natural unless you are post cycle or abused your body or naturally low. foods can impact drive as well.

I've been on for about two years straight now. No issues except when I was doing too much Tren.

Adding some Proviron makes it even better, IMO.

But like Vido said, stress, etc.. plays a roll in performance sometimes especially for an older guy.

I've been "on" to some degree since 2002. I hate the term "blast and cruise" I just think it sounds stupid, but in reality, I guess that is what I do. I constantly raise and lower dosages, along with always changing up compounds.

I've noticed ED issues in the past when taking normal to high doses of tren and the same for Deca/NPP as well. My desire has never decreased, but ive had issues keeping it hard at times for longer durations of sex. I also seem to have a bit of "performance anxiety" at times. I live a life that is filled with sex on a everyday basis. I'm also involved in threesomes from time to time. Thankfully I started playing with some Cialis and Viagra about a year or so ago. All I can say is wow.....these are amazing drugs. I'm not at a point where I truly "need" them in order to perform, but supplementing with them once or twice a week or on a long weekend is truly awesome.

Last week I took 2 doses (250mcg's) of HCG for the very first time in my life. I honestly have no reason or excuse as to why I've never tried this before. I guess back in the late 90's and early 2000's, people's views on "on cycle" weekly HCG usage was different than they are today. This has just always stuck in my head. Plus I was scared of the E2 increase with HCG useage, even with a good AI. After only two doses last week, I have noticed a significant increase in the overall size of my balls. They also tend to hang a bit lower, but I also take HGH and the higher IGF also helps to keep them down low. I have also noticed a increase in sexual desire and urges, just more so than normal.

Like most people, I seem to shoot smaller loads than I used to, but it's also hard to judge this at times when you have sex everyday and usually multiple times a day. I've started taking some Letchethin (sp?) to help build up more cum, but I have not noticed any significant increase yet.
