I am trying to understand some of these protein terms that are labeled as ingredients. THere is a product out from Dymatrize called Liquid Protein and it is in a 3oz shot with 25grams of Protein and no carbs or fats 100 calories. They are super convenient and it is a great easy way of adding an extra 50 to 75 controlled calories in my diet daily. The important part is that i want to add in quality protein. The first 3 ingredients listed in this order are.... BioPeptides, Whey Protein, Casein Protein. That is all they list. I know what the last 2 are, but what the hell is BioPeptides? Is that a fancy name for a Collagen based protein? Because I DO NOT want anything close to that crap. They are expensive enough so I want a good quality. What do you guys think? Appreciate the help?
