question about tianeptine

I never knew about it until I tried some Vicaine and it led me to research it a bit. Nothing crazy, just everything I read says the therapeutic dose is 12.5-25mg....but vicaine is dosed at 100mg. Why such a larger amount? Is it a different form or something?

2 caps contains 100 mg, 3 caps contains 150 mg.

It is not dosed at 12.5-25 mg because it is not being used as an anti-depressant. It was included in the product in order to obtain opioid effects, which requires a higher dose. Most people use 100 mg+ when used for that purpose.

Vicaine PM is MUCH stronger in this regard. Even though Vicaine PM only contains abut 40% more actual tianeptine, it actually feels about twice as strong (due to the potentiators in the product). Of course, Vicaine PM does not contain any of the other compounds regular Vicaine does, such as Flmodafinil, Sunifiram, teacrine, etc. They are two completely different products..

If you follow the directions that Mike put on the bottle you will not have to worry.I have been using Vicaine since it first came out.I still only use 2 caps(2-3 is recommended).It is by far the best,uplifting,mood enhancing and energizing product available.
I would start at 1 cap as a first time user.
