Question about whey protein isolate

In Big A's article about the competition diet there was a thread where he mentioned that if your protein powder causes bloating or gas then it has additives in it. I'm looking for a good whey protein isolate and I looked on True Proteins site for just a basic whey protein isolate and shipping was $13 making 2lbs $31. I found another brand for $21 no charge for shipping cuz I can go pick it up. Here is what the ingredients has: Hyper-Pure Whey Protein Isolate (90% Purity), Cocoa Powder, Natural And Artificial Flavors, Gum Blend (Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum, Carrageenan), Soy Lecithin, Sucralose, Acesulfame-Potassium. Contains Milk And Soy Ingredients.

No good or do you think it's ok? I'm a poor ole guy so I'm tryin to watch my budget. Thanks guys!!

TP all the way, you'll get what you pay for. If the shipping on 2lbs is too high proportionally get more like 10lbs or more. There is a base charge for shipping and each extra pound only moves the rate up like a quarter or something very minimal. Or get more than 16lbs and save on the protein rate itself. Add to that an extra 5% savings using a discount code.
I understand being poor but if money is an issue all the more reason to go with a great protein source where you'll get more bang for your buck. 16lb order from TP will last you awhile depending on your use of it.

*In fact I just checked for you. Shipping 2lbs is like $13 but shipping 16lbs is like $17. So again budget up because yeah it'll be like $150 or so. Unless you wanna try a recession blend. I know you said WPI but give the blend a peak. Good Luck

if you plan on ordering small amounts from trueprotein the shipping will most likely make it higher than other sites. if you order larger quantities (poundage wise) then the price per lb/unit, even including shipping will definitely make it worthwhile for you
