Question for all UG Labs

With the massive amount of gear UG Labs make what filter system/technique do you use to mass produce the oils. I'm sure you don't do each bottle with a 20 ml syringe and a small Whatman filter...Do you?
Or do you even bother to filter at all ????

Yes they filter (well at least I presume they do, I dont know ALL of them)

RSL sells high volume filtering equipment where you can easily filter 500-1000ml at a time with a vacuum pump. Small syringe filters are a waste of time doing this much liquid

if you are looking to filter high volumes of aas with the least amount of effort for a good price pm me and i'll point you in the right direction. been doing it a certain way for a while and helped a few people do it the same way and all of them love it. i can filter and rebottle about 1000ml/30min

all clear...just be clear with everyone though...im only going to reply to guys on here who have been around a while or i know personally...no offense to anyone. just want to keep things safe.

RSL, CJINT, and other sites sell the vacuum pumps as well as other items. Or you can pick them up at the local auto parts store.They run anywhere from $40-75 each

Just a few quick pumps of the trigger and then set it down, its connected to your filtering equipment via a hose and puts a vacuum in the lower receptacle to suck the liquid thru. Only need to check it every few minutes and give it a few more pumps.

yeah, tons of people use them. they work very well...the only problem is keeping your solution sterile while transfering the solution from the receptor to individual vials.

that is my problem also flexmaster...i was thinking of getting a handpump and the big filters.

but how do i keep the solution sterile after filtered and trying to put in the vials?
