I've read your old posts and found that you're fighting with candida in the past. Maybe could you share your experience with that? (how you treated it, what have you used, how it affected your training)
I've read that when yeasts are overgrown - the steroid discontinue is must. But I'm assuming that's only for orals? What about staying just on testosterone and gh or peptides (ipa, ghrp, cjc) and some anti-e?
Also wanted to ask about diet. It's recommended to avoid carbs as much as possible, but if someone is training hard I'm assuming he needs some starchy carbs - this won't feed the yeasts and will be used during training/glycogen restore? Let's just say 1 cup of brown rice preworkout and 1c post.
What about protein powder? I've to avoid lactose and my whey contains 3.5 grams of lactose per 2 scoop shake, is it gtg (I've pmed you the link to the brand I'm using, don't want to spam here)
Thanks!
