I remember a post you had made a while back regarding the upper chest.
You had suggested an exercise where I think your arms are locked out, straight up (at the top of a dipping motion) and you rotate your shoulders in and back out while keeping arms straight, to work the upper chest. Like a horizontal shrug where your shrugging forward, but not up.
I can't seem to find that post now, and I thought I had posted in that thread too.
I'm interested in trying this out, but wasn't sure if I was remembering how to do it properly.
