Do you feel the lat stretch has done anything for your back width? The stretch im refering to is placing a belt around your waste with say a 100lb dumbell attached and holding it for 60-90 seconds. My back isnt bad and i train hard and heavy but im wondering how much incorperating this may help my width. By the way my back has grown quite a bit since my avi pic so dont go on that, i have gained twenty or so pounds since and seem to be stalling out on gaining width. Thanks its much appreciated
