Who, in your opinion, Influenced your theroies and methodology about bodybuilding the most? And who from this site has taught you the most about this sport?

My top three would be Justin Harris, Dante Trudel, and Dave Palumbo.

Countless others have helped shape and inspire, but those three would definitely be at the top.

Kind of an eclectic mix, I guess.

wow top 4 are Dante, phil, BigA, and Skip from IM.... but damn soooooo many people have influenced my current way of thinking, lately mountaindog1 has really enlightened me, some more would be Iabadman, massive G, Emeric, Justin Harris. Shit this board is incredible!
