Yes, the inlay in some form of poly something. However if Doc can salvage the existing area he will preform a ream and run. He does not want to do reverse due to fully intact rotator cuff. But I have heard that too about no restrictions.
Hopefully he can ream it but if not I will not have weight restrictions but I run the risk of the “cement” holding the inlay in place coming loose. But they are much stronger and have a caged design to allow bone to regrow in them just sat they do the short stemmed humoral head. Will be using Stryker or Anika components which we too will be discussing. Either way he knows I will not stop my career on a fire truck and not gonna stop banging in the weight room. If it has to be redone then so be it. Just need 5 more years till my 30 year are up and I retire.
