Question on BP

Low blood pressure while dieting?

My normal blood pressure is around 130/90, and especially when i'm bulking , sometimes goes more than that, but curently i'm doing a cutting cycle + a very low calorie diet ( about 1600cals/day at body weight around 270lbs), my BP went down to 120/50 , that's quite a change.....is it bad...anybody experienced anything like that.....?

pretty much whenever your bp goes down it is a good thing, you are well within normal. it is probably due to less sodium and celluar fluid... and a drop in body weight.. (good thing)
 
hope you are right..... cause 50 for diastolic, seems way lower than normal. The interesting thing is that i'm currently using a lot of gear(test/tren/winny/var/d-bol) and stuff that usully would give me high BP, but i guess diet plays an important role....

Are you adding in more cardio as well as lower sodium intake?

You're good bro, that happens to me all the time whenever I drop carbs low or calories go low.. You should feel a difference not from the BP but overall better. I can tell when I'm carrying water I just feel like crap with headaches and almost like a constant hangover feeling. Whenever I drop calories or carbs low I feel 10x better.. I actually think I'm going to stay low carb for good now.

I remember when my unit got activated a few years back, at home station training I wasn't eating 6 meals a day I went down to 3 semi healthy ones and within a month I dropped 20lbs, mostly water of course (started at 260) and my blood pressure became normal again. But everyone could tell a difference that I wasn't bloated anymore and I wasn't even running gear before that...LOL

...just a little cardio , heavy work outs and dont watch the soduim intake at all
