Question on conversion on milligrams to micrograms?

I need the help of all experiences math majors. I am trying to figure out the conversion of milligrams to micrograms. We all know 1 gram = 1000mg. Is 1 milligram = 1000 micrograms or is it 100mcg = 1mg. Can anybody please let me know. Thanks.

I saw a research company over on outlaw was selling t-3 powder and I wanted to get some for myself to try to make but I am a little nervous on how to do it and like you said the dust and fumes can really mess you up. I havent decided if I will but it is an idea. Thanks bro.
