i have never heard about the lowering heartrate rate and exersizing? please explain this i dont understand it.....

Read about this many times. Cyclists died in their sleep so they started wearing the monitors and getting up on the bike if heart rate dropped.

if your blood is 70% red blood cell you are dead.......they are lucky to get it intot the high 50's without sides....

you dont rallly need a heart rate moniter as much as a hematicrit machine to spin your blood and get your crit reading....

epo dosent require iron to be taken with it.....
