I have been researching various insulin protocols and found a post-workout insulin routine that I find very interesting, the only thing is I workout after I get off work about 5 or 6 p.m. and I like to be in bed at 10-11 p.m. because I am getting up at 5-6 a.m.
The protocol calls for 10iu of insulin post-workout but if I did that at say 6 p.m. wouldn't that be too close to bed time for safety? The protocol says to eat 50 grams carbs before bed to be safe. The type of insulin is humlin r.
Anybody have any info or advices on this? Thanks in advance!
