Okay as most of you know i have been dealing with this trap muscle injury with my knots i have developed in them and the days i workout upper it gets inflamed so bad the next day. So i went to the doctor she said nothing to worry about its just knotts in your muscle so she gave me muscle relaxers and said take these for ten days
MY QUESTION is what if i do PUSH excerises only for it like dumbbell presses and hammer strengths? not lat pulls or shrugs or heavy curls cause those are PULL exercises. What i am thinking that will work pretty well and please correct me if im wrong because you guys been in the game along time and i will follow your advice but wouldn't doing moderate weight PUSH excerises for upper body work fine??
