Ok, getting ready to run some slin with my next mass plan. Here are my questions.....:
1. Plan on doing shot pre- workout. I train at 11:00. with humalin R, how many minutes before w-out should I stick?
2. my diet is 4000 cal. 40%carb/45%prot/15%fat......How should I adjust my fat intake to keep fat at minimum. I wake at 6:00 eat 1st meal 6:30,2nd 10:00, train 11:00, 3rd 12:00(post shake) then otehrs at 1:00, 3:30, 5:30 and shake with salad before bed at 9:00. Oh! and will be taking in carb drink while trng.
3. If I decide to do a second shot in A.M. before b-fast Should I keep fat intake at b-fast low??
4. If I can get Humalog I will do it instead. How would this change the above??? I know it hits much sooner.
Btw I've done hum R previously so i know how it affects me. Thanks,
