i just got some creatine-glycerol-phosphate.just so i know.do i still have to load up on it before i start the regular dose?

no just got it given to me for christmas.haven't even srarted on it yet.the only other thing i will be taking with it is protein.45mins.before i train.the last opti-creatine i had.needed to be desolved in hot water.and i had to load up on that.the new one doesn't tell me at all.
