I just started working out again and i'm not big i only weigh 160 and i'm 5'8. I was wondering if i wanna get bigger should i be doing sets with low reps? For example right now on the bench i do sets of 12, 10 8, then i put on more weight and do sets of 6, 6, 6. Is that alright or should i be doing sets with about 6 to 8 reps?
