Hey guys
I have being working on abs for sometimes now and i m seeing some result only on my top abs they r like rock hard solid the lower 4 are just dont cut it ..no matter wht i try they r not getting tht defination like the first ones ..
i was wondering if thr is some sort of exersice that i should do tht only focus on those lower abs ..
