Hey guys I'm going to be going on an upcoming podcast and would like to get questions from professionalmuscle.com the most hardcore bodybuilding message board on the net. So guys post them up, anything (within reason..LOL) you would like to know. Podcast will take place later this week.
 
I think right now there needs to be a huge push for veterans to explain blood work. Not just how important it is but also what the numbers mean, what range things should be in, and what will make numbers higher or lower.

The resources are there for people to get blood work on their own, but they still don’t because they don’t know what they’re doing. I know that the information is out there, but it’s not as readily available as some of the crazy cycle info that’s pushed on social media to get followers.
 
1. Things you wish you did differently earlier in the game (could be anything you feel like talking about: training, diet, drugs).

2. How do you continue to improve after 20+ years of doing this, and keeping health a priority?
 
Why'd you switch coaches mid prep from TMT to Jason?
 
What changes in diet and training have you had to make due to age? Not calling you old..LOL..I think I've got a few years on you but changes just happen with age as well as wear and tear and cumulative trauma!

Don't know my home is very old, I live out in the country where all my neighbors own land, I have the smallest and live on 4 acres.

Nice. What me and my wife are getting ready to do. I sold all the real estate we owned last year...and they are developing the wooded area behind our current house.

We plan to find our "retirement home" where no one can build around us. She grew up on 52 acres...so she's feeling boxed in right now.


Back to the post...My question would be how high would you let your body fat get in the pursuit of mass....and what macro ratio do you feel is better conducive to gaining mass while keeping it as clean as possible.

I'm in a vicious cycle of trying to add lean mass....feeling too "fluffy", then dieting back down. Maybe it's dysmorphia....as I seem to always be at a point where I could drop 8-10 lbs and my abs come back in pretty good.

But I'm a short guy...and I'm also 44 years old. So getting any bigger may not be a "doable" thing for me.

I'd also like to know about blood work from where to get it to what the numbers mean.

Also stuff on injuries for us old guys who have sore knees and shoulders lol.

bboy, looking back on your training career, if you could go back to square one and start over, what would you do to make the fastest muscle mass gains possible while staying reasonably lean?
