often said based on math calculations, often true but I've seen 'growth' with and without net weight gain
they should say 'net weight gain' in stead of 'growth',

Clen is far more dangerous than DNP in my opinion

You have too be in a surplus too gain weight no reason you can't burn fat and drop water while adding muscle and remain the same weight . that answers 3 questions in one and anyone says you can't gain muscle and loose fat at the same time has never ran Tren.

u define "grow" as scale weight going up?
or gaining muscle? cuz u can recomp, gain muscle and lose fat and the scale doesnt move. that scenario means ur growing, just not gaining weight.

Not true. Nutrient surplus and calorie surplus are two different things. Growth can mean different things which also brings questions 3 into the equation (building muscle and losing fat at the same time is possible). Then comes supplements to help you utilize the calories you take in better. Then of course drugs... add more in and you should grow even on the same calories. Although anyone who wants to grow optimally should be in a calorie surplus.

Same logic as Q1. Although you should definitely diet on the most calories possible and bring them down slowly.

Not true at all. An extreme example would be to put a natural who is a bit fat and never trained on test and tren and have him start training. But even for experienced competitors the same can be done.

If used sensibly DNP is not very dangerous. The main people you heard about dying from DNP are ones that don't understand drugs/bodybuilding (usually women) who will take 5 caps in 1 night and not eat or drink anything. Although some (many) experienced guys still get in trouble by simply being stupid and dosing it at 1g and over. DNP is not very dangerous if you treat it with the respect it deserves. But sure it is super strong so anything 400mg and over could cause problems for some people.

I personally wouldn't recommend more than 300mg per day and to make sure all bases are covered (hydration, anti-oxidants, vitamins/minerals etc). I personally develop allergic reactions on DNP so I am staying away from it. 200mg DNP for 3 weeks should give a 1st time user incredible results if combined with a good diet. I think clen is dangerous especially in the amounts many people use on here

Nonsense. Most of the time I actually tighten up on slin. So many factors are involved though. It is best used with a HGH booster but it's by no means essential.

Not true at all. All AAS will work for everyone. Although some AAS to "show up more" on leaner individuals. Masteron definitely comes with a cosmetic effect that helps bring out the finishing touches and harden the muscles. But if a guy is fat none of that is going to be seen. It will still add to things and assist in other areas though.

maybe im one of the few that doesnt really count calories... walking around at 180ish, i eat 275-300p and 300-350c during the growing months.. if i get stuck, i eat more... goal is usually 195-200 ..

never taken dnp.. clen/t3 works fine for me.. but entirely too many related deaths of the last few years should be enough for you to low dose the stuff if you are new to it... old saying is that we can never really be positive what we are putting in our bodies

gh in the morning and slin before workout, but i see no reason why a 5-10 min walk before weights wouldnt keep off unwanted fat (without the gh)

heard the same shit about Mast for years... then i started running it while eating bigger and pushing low teen bf% you can definitely tell its doing its job.. that being said it wouldnt be a choice for me if i didnt have noticeable abs year round... if my bf was say 17-18 and higher, there are a handful of other options i would use before throwing mast in the mix

My one run with DNP I ran 200mg for a week and a half before I couldn't stand it anymore. One of the most miserable experiences in my life. Would rather just suffer a good diet / prep than that again.

Lost 11lbs of what appeared to be all fat though.
 
I don't know anything about dnp but everything I hear sounds scary. I don't understand why someone would try this or why any sponsor would have it. sounds dangerous, not worth it. to lose weight? no thanks. for a plastic trophy that will end up in your basement or a few pics stored on your iphone of you being lean

Incorrect, we can discuss DNP, there's plenty of information on DNP and even in the article section that gets updated on the regular. Elite banned discussion of dnp a couple of years ago though.

i had worked up to it in the past with no issues...


so I figured that I would be able to consumer that amount in 1 day to start, without issue.. did not pan out that way.



I began throwing up around 5-6 hours after I took my last dose.. so im not sure how much DNP I actually threw up.

Why the F would you feel the need to take that much? You are an intelligent guy...but that is just plain stupid and reckless.
