Questions on liquid Letro mixing and gyno flare up

Woke up and literally overnight have a huge swelled up and extremely sensitive lump behind my right nipple, except its not actually directly behind, its down and outside by a few centimeters. Is that any reason to be concerned about it being something other than a gyno flare up?

Anyways I had been taking asin and prami (currently on test cyp and tren E)
I've had a few issues with bunk research chems before so I had went ahead and stocked up on some extra products. The letro I have is liquid and in a vial, I pulled 2.5mg worth with an insulin syringe and shot it down my throat. HOLY fuck did it burn. And the feeling is still with me long afterwards. What kind of things can I safely mix this with to drink down?

Also, I've always been pretty sensitive to gyno and always watch it extremely closely. I've never had something this bad though and the swelling and sensitivity literally came on overnight. The nipple itself isnt sensitive but the lump behind is very sensitive to pressure and is literally about quarter size

Needless to say I'm pretty concerned. I was even out at the pool almost all afternoon yesterday, so I definitely would have noticed it. Never had anything like this happen so abruptly or to this extent.

Really appreciate any and all advice and comments guys, kinda freaking about it just a bit.

Unfortunately thats easier said than done. Hence why I try to keep multiple sources stocked at home. Just sucks when you try to take the right precautions and then wake up to this :banghead:

Not trying to talk about about liquid guys but the only thing i would go liquid is Accutane cus you know right away when it's working! For anything else i would never go liquid. Just look around at some of the sponsors here, plenty have good UGL tabs and some even offer real Pharm Grade tabs of all ancillaries. Not going to put anyone on blast so do ur own research, might take you 10-15 minutes so please plan your day accordingly! lol

Not really anything my post is actually asking... And multiple of those have been reported bunk via bloodwork also, btw.

Take a deep breath and settle down.

If you feel something there that seems minor, it's most likely adipose tissue or even muscle fiber and is not something of concern. If you know what's there and later feel an enlargement like swollen tender breasts or like grains of rice that would be your call to action. Then take nolvadex / tamoxifen citrate at 40mg every day (ed) until it subsides then maintain it with 20mg ed.

-You can't trust any E2 test done while on tren.

-No AI will lower E2 by more than 50-60% max, probably less on high doses.

-You need a SERM to shrink gyno, AIs are just preventive in most cases.
