Read the book and didnt see anything specific on how to take rest days. If doing 4 day for example is it 2-1-2 then 2 off before starting week 2? For 6 day is it 3-1-3? How should week be broken up?

4 day- 2 days on, 1 day off, 1 day on, 1 day off, 1 day on, 1 day off

BBB doesnt have a 5 day split. Just 4 or 6. Even have 6 day twice daily for the unemployed lol.
