On to my question - looking for some input on a small cycle I'm planning. I've been off for quite sometime and have lost some significant weight recently (both muscle and fat I imagine) - hovering at about 235lbs or so and starting to get lean (no abs).
Goal: 5lbs of lean mass and as much fat loss as I can manage.
Training and Diet: Both on point right now. Eating right, training heavy, and cardio is on the dot too. Going 5x a week for lifting and 3-4x a week for cardio. Cheating once a week on the diet. Man I hate dieting.
Cycle: Here's where it gets fishy. I've always done huge mass cycles in the past and combined large amounts of test with EQ, winstrol, var, anti-aromatases, PCT, and etc. Complex crap and always looking for size and strength. Not anymore. I've been 275lbs and that's not where I want to be now. I'm looking to keep it simple and accomplish my goal.
This is what I'm thinking, but I'm torn.
10 weeks
EQ - 400-600mg/week (1-10)
winstrol - 50mg/day (3-10)
or
8 weeks
Primobolan - 500mg/week (1-8)
anavar - 40mg/day (1-8)
or
some combo of 2 of the above named 4 aas.
I'm going to be using quality substances this time as well. Nothing against the ug labs, I've used them plenty. But I'm going with euro gear on this one. I haven't used what I would consider good quality winstrol or good quality var in the past, and have never done primo, so I'm really looking forward to that one if I go that route. I just don't know what combo of EQ, Primo, winstrol, and var (pick 2 or maybe 3??) would be the right move - I admit, I've been out of the game for a while and am a bit rusty....lol.
