I've been going keto all week with a refeed on Sunday. I lift 4 days a week, pretty heavy with medium - low reps. I've never incorporated a depletion workout before, but I'm wondering if I should throw one in Sunday morning right before I start my refeed? Some days I go for very heavy singles/doubles (training for powerlifting) and I'm wondering how depleted I really am by the end of the week since my workout volume is fairly low.
