There's suggestive evidence that's been observed from both in-vivo and in-vitro studies that Tamoxifin impacts the efficacy of functionality of HDL by impairment of reverse cholesterol transport. In other-words, this impacts on how effectively HDL removes LDL cholesterol from the artery wall.

In the end. It's not about the quantity of HDL, it's about the quality of HDL.

A) while on TRT @ 200-300mg Test a week?
B) While on cycle, with high levels of Test and Anabolics?

No expert but id do

A) no nolva unless gyno, 10mg till it's gone
B) again no nolva unless gyno, but not sure what you consider high doses

So if it has those benefits why only run it when gyno flares up? Why not run it with your blast along side your traditional AI?
