Quick question about Synthetek B12 and heat

Just got some and my bottle was very hot, even had to leave it a whole extra day in my mail box as was away (this heat is not good on deliveries). 2 questions - would the heat adversely effect the B12, secondly the B12 should be injected IM right, even though synthetek states to take it orally on their site and bottle. Thanks all...peace.

It should be kept at room temperature. Extreme heat, such as being left in the sun is not good for any drug. It might end up being totally useless.

You can inject it IM or SQ. SQ is the least hassle.
Do 1ml ED for the first week to load up, then 1ml E3D.

I feel that almost any product can withstand high temps for only a short peroid of time. If they were that fragile, then most companys would ship everything on ice packs or ship nothing during the summer. A day in the heat should be fine, but after that, keep everything cool.
