Would AAS assist with a pulled muscle recovery or a tweaked muscle? I would try to search it but I'm at work on break. I tweaked my groin an only hurts when I sprint or do lunges been trying to rest it up and I'm starting a cycle soon.
My understanding is AAS might help recovery of a torn muscle but I don't believe anything heals a pull, strain, or sprain except time, ice, rest and anti-inflamatories. Work it, but just enough to keep it active.
I think they can somewhat, npp and deca have been shown to help, HGH would be a better 'healer' in my book but as M2M pointed out the RICE method is always best for injuries.
