Old post, but worth mentioning that every vial of rips has had a strong vacumn.
But if you get another on that doesn't seem to get a large needle pull 1-2cc air into syringe then stick it in vial, and it will pull it in.
Sometimes slin pins Dont get sucked in, maybe because the odd one is to narrow.
All legit rips have vacumn.

The provider just posted that his pm account was hacked and someone changed his email in his sig to the safe-mail addy .his email has not been changed and it is still the anonymousspeech one
