Most of the pictures I take are of my wife’s plates. They look a lot prettier. I usually eat roughly the same thing as the rest, but mine usually has an added chicken breast or a protein shake or something on the side. Dinner is the only meal of the day I eat with my family…so I try to cook yummy food that they will enjoy. On the days when adding a bunch of meat won’t work I do a protein shake to up the protein. But for the most part, dinner is a sort of a cheat meal for me. The rest of my meals are essentially just a meat, and 1.5-2 cups of jasmine rice, or a blended up chicken protein drink. I have ibs among other things that make eating difficult so that dinner meal keeps me sane, and the rest are just to pound nutrients
