I am a fan of Taoism and by my impression there are similarities between Taoism and Stoicism.That’s what I’ve been doing myself. I fail often and frequently but Im definitely improving. On the other end of the spectrum I like Epicurean philosophy as well which. They’re both very useful

Me too. Charles was in medical school when he did a dive into a swimming pool and hit his head on the bottom, it paralyzed him for life. He fought on and became a doctor. Really great journalist after that.I certainly agree with the link you posted.
