R-ALA vs ALA

Seen conflicting information on which to use. Some say they see no difference, others say it’s very important to get specifically R-ALA.

Anyone tried both and seen a difference?

Some users here said they saw no difference when switching from R ALA to ALA. obviously just anecdotal.

I either use 600 ala or 200 r ala, never really noticed a difference

I generally go with Life Extension brand (240mg r-ala per cap).

I'll also echo SouthernMuscle in saying that I've never been able to tell a perceptible difference going from ALA to R-ALA.

Uhhh who would notice a difference…seriously. It’s like noticing a difference between Ubiquinol and CoQ10. You’re not supposed to notice a difference.

I’m referring to in BG readings, as that would be my goal for using it is insulin sensitivity.
