i was wanting my grip to strengthen up a bit more, since straps are not allowed in the competition...thanks guys...but shelby, whats the difference between the grips?

And you're telling a guy that just added 60 pounds of muscle in 8 months what he needs to work on?

Thanks Shelby. Guys this has been the ROUGHEST road I have ever taken. Shelby has been by my side from the very beginning. Right before I started to get sick, my began to loose weight to due being in the state of depression. I lost my older brother ( 1 year older) and my Papa just a year before. Thats what all my tatoos symbolize. Then I had a heart disease and lost 30 lbs in the hospital. I did not think I was going to make it, to be honest. Thats what I KNEW I had to do something. That is when I met Shelby. This man has made me who I am today and I thanks the LORD every morning that I wake up, that I met Shelby. Without his help, I KNOW I would not be here today talking to you guys.
I know I am not the biggest guy, strongest guy or even the most good looking guy on this forum. But it does not matter to me. I lift for myself, physcially and mentally. I do not try and compare myself with the bigger guys and I NEVER try to show of what may or may not have. But it taked heart to get where you want to be.
As of right now, I am doing a PL competition in December located here in Jacksonville, Fl. I post these videos, not to show how hard I train or how "hardcare" the gym is, but to get constructive feedback from you all.
