there is now an at home test you can take and mail in to check vit d levels. finger prick i'm assuming for a small blood sample, express mail it off and get your results in a couple days.

Vitamin D3. It's cheap and available everywhere. You may want to get your levels checked because it is possible to take too much.

That is awesome, didn't even know about that. Many who take it may not even need it and vice versa.

Magnesium (Glycinate/L-Threonate preferred salts) to activate more Vitamain D3.

This is spot on. Atlanta is cloudy and ready during the winter months.

most need 3-4,000iu supplementntal D3 to reach adequate levels. And many docs think some could need even more.

That was based on Australian populations. Other geographic locations need quite a bit more than ~60 IU.

The daily recommended dosage of vit D for the regular person is 600iu.
