As far as Vitamin D levels, obviously getting sunshine daily is the best, but supplementing with Vitamin D is more realistic considering most people work, have family, etc. I typically see doctors prescribe D2(ergo) which is plant based and doest absorb as well as D3(chole) which is animal based. They usually prescribed 50,000iu once a week raise levels for a month, then go to maintenance. I personally take 10,000iu of d3 per day. As far as the egg issue, I have to use them as my main source of protein, since I have a slight allergy to dairy and end up having a sneezing fit if I have any whey or casein. I use liquid egg whites, usually about 100 grams of protein a day, just mixed with a little hersheys chocolate or strawberry syrup. Tastes better than most whey products and I think the bioavailability is just fine.

This sounds like the conversation I have with my clients at the gym. They always ask me about the supplements on TV that "may" increase Test levels. So I ask "Is raising your test levels a good thing for you?" They always say hell yeah! Sooooooo, if you want more testosterone in your body how about taking Testosterone? Duh! It's like the over the counter products that might increase HGH levels. Really??? I always say if your body needs more water, are you going to take a sup that might help your body make more water, or are you going to take more water. Jesus H Christ!!!
So ummm, take vitamin D.
