Random stress related spike in blood pressure!

So I’ve been stressed out the last two days and simply haven’t been feeling my self.. tingling face, insomnia, dizziness, and tight chest.

I jumped over to my local

cVS and did my blood pressure — wow 142/84, not that’s hypercardia stage one however my typical reading is 110/70.

No wonder I feel like shit—thank god for lorazepam.

Has something just been eating at you and you haven’t been able to get it off your mind? Something that makes you angry or nervous?

just curious what kind of stress did that

lorazepam eh? What`s the next life coping skill in your tool box? Not trying to be a jerk but when the pill (or booze, etc) wears off, the problem is still there and your perception of the problem will be very similar after just being kicked down the road for a day. Hope you get some good resolution. Stress will literally kill you, not acutely, until that one moment years later a heart attack kicks you in chest.
