No bro, this is a drug that people take to suppress their immune systems when they get a transplant.

You really, really, really do not want to take this drug if you don't have to. The sides are not only extensive, but high-frequency.

Have you seen the studies on it in low doses?

It's quite amazing. In high doses, yes it suppresses immune function. In low doses, it may be the fountain of youth.

They're in the process of isolating the mtor inhibition mechanism in this drug without the potential of long term side effects.

I wouldn't just randomly pop stuff like Bieber said for a possible benefit in anti aging (which is more a series of mechanisms involved rather than one thing).
