Hey Im ending day 2 doing the rapid fat loss diet. Bodyfat prior was at 17.9% and weight at 164-165.

Supplements are Animal Pack- multi, Omega 3s, USP Labs Recreate (Im allergic to Ephedrine so eca is out), T e 250/week, an w 50/every other day.

Taking in 175 grams of protein daily for now, 30 mins cardio, 1 hour workout.

Tonight I'm at 15.2% bodyfat and weight is 168. I look leaner, feel tired a bit and always hungry.

Am I doing this right or missing or wasting anything? Any input would be great.
 
ok how the hell did you lose 2% bf and gain three pounds damn that is alot of muscle in two days....No way bro you may want to recheck those numbers how are you checking bf
 
2 days of dieting and you have lost 2.7% body fat and put on 4 lbs. Im calling BS! Something is off.
 
Im using the omron hand held fat loss monitor. Its the same one I used while on DNP last week that showed no loss whatsoever. I finished out DNP on Thursday night then saturday night I used slin after my last meal 10ius of R and Sunday morning started the new diet.

The whole time on DNP the fat loss monitor showed no loss at all but the scale had me down 9 pounds total.
 
Im not sure how to figure any water weight at all. I have furosimide but havent taken any. Trying to not screw this up right now is all. I dont believe its all muscle or fat loss. Something has to be off but these are the exact same things I used to measure up during the DNP cycle, so I figured I kept using them. I was depressed all last week cause I showed loss in weight and none in fat while on the DNP. I had all the side effects but the scales an monitors didnt show much. Before the DNP I was at 172-174 and same at high 17's and low 18's on the monitor

bro dont worry about the numbers right now, get the diet and workout in order as your last thread stated and use the mirrior not the scale or bf numbers just my two cents and if your going to watch numbers dont do it everyday or week for that matter maybe every two weeks
 
Will do. Thanks. I'll wait till Im done with the diet to check the scales again. As far as my supps go is that adequate or should I add anything more?

Your protein should be higher if you follow the rapid fat loss guidelines:

Table 1: Daily protein intake based on activity and diet category

Note: all values are grams protein per pound of LBM

You are category 1 and doing both cardio and weight training so you should really do 168*2= 340 grams of protein. Some suffering is needed but killing yourself like this isnt going to help :)

Watch out with the dnp btw!

Dude - not to sound like an ass but why the rush? Seems like you're getting hung up on calculating things and taking stuff like DNP when you will get there with a more sane approach. It will just take a little longer. Sorry if I missed something along the way.

BTW, Electro IMped. monitors suck. Don't even pay any attention to it. Either go by the mirror or get a hand held Accumeasure caliper. They are $10- , you can take a 3 site reading and plug the number in here: Skinfold Assessment of Body Composition

Is this accurate? probably not. But, so long as you are consistent with the skin fold, you will at least know the direction you're heading. IN other words, you will be consistently inaccurate which is still better than the hand held thing.
 
Nomoneyandbadgenetics, may I ask why are you in such a rush to lose weight/bodyfat?

The previous posters are correct, use the mirror to be your guide more so then a scale and or meter.

OK, Final questions: How long have you been training currently consistant. Cycle history? Have you had recent bloodwork? Bear with me, I am trying to help, but need to know more. It might be good to post diet, training in detail.
 
Thanks. On and off since 15. At my best I was at 205lbs, but holding some fat. My cycle history then was pretty heavy till I was about 25. My best response back then was doing Tp and Adrol at the same time.

Since then Ive been on and off and lost alot of muscle. Past couple years Ive only been on Te, W, & Furosimide for water issues. Pain gets bad sometimes with the pancreatosis tho. Since the accident I've been eating clean & training at least three to four times a week. Limited cardio.

Bout 5 months ago, I gave up liqour entirely. I have a script for Te, and unlimited supply of T4, slin, furosimide as well. Still eat clean but probably not enough protein at all regularly.

Now Im doing something daily in some form,cardio at least 30 mins and usually
Legs
Chest- Abs
Back
Arms- Abs
Shoulders (on its own cause I have rotator cuff tears from the accident)
cardio- Abs
Teach martial arts once a week for extra cardio and stretching

Diet now is,
Breakfast- 12 egg whites scrambled some salsa
lunch 6 oz fat free cheese
Protein shake- Isopure
Dinner- 6-7 oz chicken grilled with some salsa

I used to snack on boiled egg whites 1-2 when I was younger so Im thinking about doing that now cause Im hungry all day.

high water intake- no sodas or anything else.

Bloodwork is done every 6 months cause the pancreatosis and check my hormone levels. Im usually in normal range all the time. Once in awhile shows low on test tho.- Thats why I have the script

OK, you havent answered my questions in detail, Training on and off since 15? I want to know, NOW how long you been doing training consistantly + cardio. 1 month, 2 months , 6 months? That diet is horrible, how you can have any energy is beyond me. Of course if you are not listing everything, I can't be 100% sure. Your training routine tells me nothing, since it is not listed in DETAIL! Nobody will be ever able to help anybody, until they get ALL info. Well off to the gym, you might need someone to work with you in detail. Your BF is way to high for your weight and height. All BF instruments are generally off 4-5%. You might want to post a picture, it really helps. You will get plenty of support from here. We all have to start some where.

just kidding bro , before getting all crazy with diet sups and crazy crash diets , get on a sound reduced cal diet and get training squared away , once that is all in check , then look at some sups that will help.

the only thing you will accomplish on the road your on is poor health

30 yrs old, 5'7"

Training Consistently 5 months now. All my weight training I keep the same exercise number and sets and reps. 4 exercises 3 sets 10-12 reps. My ab routine is the p90x routine now for the past month.

Now Im doing something daily in some form,cardio at least 30 mins and usually
Legs-
Chest- Abs
Back
Arms- Abs
Shoulders (on its own cause I have rotator cuff tears from the accident)
cardio- Abs
Teach martial arts once a week for extra cardio and stretching

Diet now (past few days while on rapid fat loss) is,
Breakfast- 12 egg whites scrambled some salsa
lunch 6 oz fat free cheese
Protein shake- Isopure
Dinner- 6-7 oz chicken grilled with some salsa
Now-high water intake- no sodas or anything else.

Diet normally is
6 whole eggs scrambled with ketchup- skim milk
meal replacement bar or shake.
Sushi every other day or so
Grilled chicken sandwich usually- always on wheat
Steak or shrimp for dinner. Sometimes a burger on wheat bun.

Somedays was a beer or two during the day or a glass of wine. some diet sodas but I was addicted to sugar free redbull. 2 large cans a day.

I used to snack on boiled egg whites 1-2 when I was younger so Im thinking about doing that now cause Im hungry all day.

Bloodwork is done every 6 months cause the pancreatosis and check my hormone levels. Im usually in normal range all the time. Once in awhile shows low on test tho.- Thats why I have the script
 
5'7 and 168lbs?

You are making everything alot harder than it needs to be. Forget all the drugs and the DNP. Eat chicken, brown rice, oats, natty PB, eggs, blah blah blah and lift man. Its not gonna happen overnight. Train, eat, sleep right for 3months and then come tell us how you did.

Now, I can see a little more and I know what the problems are. First, you still didn't post your training in detail, never mind now. Your problem is consistancy and lack of a good diet. That Diet you are doing is not going to teach you how to eat good consistantly. It is horrible, IMO. Then you are doing DNP:eek: I have a pesticide license, they eliminated for use in Rats. DNP is not a smart move, pretty stupid if you ask me. You are 30 and you think you are getting older?:rolleyes: I was in my prime at that age. Your true problems are knowledge of DIET and you are not consistant. Doing dangerous drugs will not teach you that. Do yourself a favor, hire someone who can teach you the correct way to eat and train. But, don't waste your money if you are not going to be consistant.
