Raw Colostrum

So, I just picked up some Raw Milk from Organic Pastures today. Expensive, $7.50 for a 1/2gallon but im dieting so Im only gonna have 1-2cups per day. hopefully it will be benefitial.

Anyway, I noticed next the raw milk they had Raw Colostrum. Anyone use this as well. Looked just like the raw milk but a little chunkier. Any benefits?

I drink a half a pint of the raw colostrum(from organic pastures) immediately following every workout(bring it to the gym in a cooler).

A study i have seen showed cow colostrum to have no significant positive effect on humans

Makes sense really, even if it does contain undenatured growth factors and other peptides, their amino acid sequence is different to human counterparts.

Its like trying to use bovine GH in humans - will not work, and may cause severe allergic reactions.
Not to say its completely useless, as it probably has a valuable amino acid profile, but thats all it really is - an expensive protein shake.

If you are taking Humanofort you don`t need the colostrum, the Humanofort naturally occuring IGF1 & 2, FGF, NGF, EGF, CTGF and each growth factors is comprised of oligopeptides with bio-stimulating effect.
