The whole egg. Contains not just fats that are important for hormone production, but many vitamins and minerals which is good for your immune system.Very interesting info Emeric. So, best protein source post-workout would be egg whites or even better whole eggs? Now, since whole eggs have fats in them and many prefer to not use fats right after working out, what would you consider the best post-workout meal?
