I am out in the great Midwest right now vacationing at my in-laws. It is so peaceful and calm. In a small town of less than 2000 people. All grass fed beef natural veggies breads etc. Bought 3 gallons of raw milk and drinking 3 glasses a day. Never has my digestion been so good and I have gained 8 solid pounds. There is a small military base 3 miles from where I am staying and it's free 24 hour access. Beats 90 minute round trip to commercial gyms.
Loving the low O2 content of the air every workout is a marathon. Had to increase my normal in between sets time of 30 seconds to around 2 minutes. Now I see why so many top athletes come out here to train in the atmosphere. Speed walks in the morning are intense too!

I am going to hit this gym up to do legs as the 10 sets of free weight front squats are taking a toll on me lower back. Did bring my prepo work out powder and eating tons of fruit as usual after and the raw milk protein shake with egg whites is the bomb.

Grassfed raw dairy is addictive, how great it makes you feel after a few weeks is tangible. Expensive but worth it. My go-to power shake when gaining weight is 24 oz raw milk from Raw Farm here in Cali, 8 oz raw cream, 6 raw eggs from a small farm and four rounded scoops Naked Mass. I'll add in there some natural peanut butter or almond butter if using chocolate. Tastes like cake batter, absolutely delicious and makes gaining weight a breeze!
Yea I put some on me oatmeal this morning with raw honey after starting with 8 eggs from the hen house cooked over easy in EVOO and a 6 oz grass fed steak.
Be sad to go back to city life next week.

The strongest and biggest I ever got was when I was drinking a gallon to a gallon and half of RAW milk daily. People have no idea how amazing it truly is. Kirill Sarychev is the one that turned me on to it back in the day. Spoto and I would drive from Vegas to St. George Utah every two weeks and load up 30-35 gallons of it (Allegedly😉) I’d put it in a separate freezer I bought in my garage just for the milk, then I leave 2 gallons out every night to dethaw for the next day, stuff was absolutely delicious 😋 🥛 🍪 3600-4800 calories a day just from RAW milk 😂🤣 🤦🏻‍♂️

My sensei used to make us drink a half gallon to a full gallon of milk, raw if you could find it (I could) when we trained with weights. He produced some remarkable results just over the course of a summer, not that you could give all the credit to milk but it sure as hell didn’t hurt.

I love raw milk and get it regularly however like others have said I tend to drink too much when I buy it and I think it’s still high ish in sugar.
That said the rich thick creamy full fat. Chuck a couple of bananas in for a protein shake and it’s delicious.

Unfamiliar with search engines?
Nah. A quick entering of "raw milk benefits" into the Google search bar produces this AI overview:

"Some proponents of raw milk claim it offers a wider array of nutrients and immune-boosting properties than pasteurized milk. However, the vast majority of medical and scientific experts, including the FDA and CDC, state that any potential benefits are far outweighed by the significant risks of serious illness from dangerous bacteria.

Claimed benefits of raw milk
Raw milk advocates often promote several health claims, though most are not backed by scientific evidence."

"Unlike the disputed benefits, the health risks of raw milk consumption are well-documented and recognized by medical and food safety authorities." 🤷‍♂️

oh my, here goes the pissing match

you believe AI? Okay, good luck with that
Juat an observation but it seems like there's a growing number of folks on this board talking about utilizing AI for additional research or potential guidance, etc on things such as, oh, peptides, GLP-1's, possible bloodwork interpretation assistance, AAS info and so on (this does not imply complete reliance on such, btw).... so seems odd to just immediately write off AI's initial response when it doesn't exactly align with your personal thoughts/beliefs on a certain topic.

And my reply was to your "unfamiliar with search engines?" question. I mean, that was literally the first thing that popped up when I pulled up Google and typed "raw milk benefits".

But hey, to each their own. If someone thinks it'll cure their AIDS, send them into remission from cancer, help them break out of the "but milk is for babies!!1!" trope, or cure and make them immune to any number of life's maladies (yes, I'm exaggerating for effect 😉 ), more power to ya'. If someone likes it and feels they get benefits from consuming it, cool!

Oh, here's a non-AI snippet quickly found below the AI reply for shits n' giggles:

"In conclusion, raw milk is not inherently safe and carries a significant food poisoning risk with its consumption.5,6 There is no evidence that raw milk has any inherent health or nutritional benefits those media claims were shown to be myths. Pasteurized milk has an excellent food safety record and remains an important dietary source for many important nutrients (Table 3), especially for children and young adults."

Genuine question, why not just utilize whole milk? Aren’t they essentially the same except for pasteurization?

Cage
A lot of people believe that those that are lactose intolerant can ingest raw milk due to the lack of pasteurised process. Not sure if it’s true but I do better on raw than shop bought. Gives me bad gas. I also don’t believe the health risks at all. If you buy direct from a clean farm then I think the heards are normally far healthier

Apparently it's available in North Carolina at Sprouts. Raw milk USA has it listed. Cold filtered 16 day shelf life. Going to check when I get home.

Save the bullshit for another thread. Life is full of choices. I drank 2 gallons of it in 8 days and feel fantastic quit smoking FDA bullshit. I got mine freshly chilled and filtered from a certified cow.

Glad some enjoy it but I won't take the risk. A2 milk has become widely available. Higher protein content. A2 milk and A2 ice cream are great bulkers. A2 is also kinder to intolerant ppl.

I'd hardly call what the FDA says as bullshit. They catch ppl getting others sick all the time https://www.healio.com/news/infectious-disease/20250819/large-raw-milk-outbreak-mostly-sickened-kids

The truth is raw milk is great when you have a solid reliable source. A good amount of producers are not reliable or trusted.

Do what you feel is best, but don't try to make others think raw milk is as safe as you want to believe.

Had several people I knew who were extremely lactose intolerant drink it with ZERO problems 👍🏻 RAW milk is straight 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😎👊🏻💪🏻

Exactly. Raw milk has been talked about on this forum for yearsss as if its some magical liquid. Cool, drink it, you do you. It's milk that makes you not shit your pants, great lol

But people arent overblowing the risks of it. People get sick off that shit. Like many have said, if you have a safe reliable source, awesome.
MOST PEOPLE do not, so i would NOT tell them to go randomly searching for it.
