i have knocked regular store bought milk on the head about 6 months ago. i have finally located a place that delivers raw organic milk that is not to expensive.
it appears that the fat in raw milk seems to be heart healthy and full of omega 3's etc so my question is for off season bulking would people just go for full fat or the semi skimmed etc (i think you call it 2% in the usa)
