Razor whats up? Long time no speak. Been very busy even to get on this board. Everything is going great. I look fantastic. HSIT is working very well. Gained 12lbs and shed 4% bodyfat. 242 at 8%. Best i have looked in years. Diet is working great also. Ill post some pics soon.

MM i thought you vanished. Great to hear al is well. I have several using HSIT on this board alone and all getting excellent results also.
