RBC, Hematocrit, blood volume etc

How much of a concern is this for you when blasting gear ?
Do you guys get yours checked thru the cycle or would you rather just not know ?
Do you do anything special to avoid it running rampant ?
Any tips to aviod it being a problem during a cycle other then getting blood taken out ?

Ignorance certainly isn't bliss in this type of circumstance!

I take IP6 daily along with Enalapril based on some information provided by Dante.

I also taks a baby aspirin daily and do daily cardio.

I have blood let in the past but again not sure if this just exacerbates the situation over time.

Mine definitely runs out of range on cycle as I've had bloods during and post blast but not since I started the IP6 and Enalapril around 7 weeks back so I've got bloods booked to see if it's helping.

I tried the IP6 shortly but as i have issues with low iron and ferritin levels this just makes my problem bigger.
