I recently decided on trying out Big A's recommendations in the "getting ready for competition" thread from the Articles section. Started on monday. I have a couple questions though, hope some of you can answer them.

1) when the AM workout says something like this:
* Bicep curl B.B. - 2 x superset 10/15
* Preacher curl (mach.) - 2 x superset 10/15
what exactly does that mean? First I thought I was supposed to super-set the biceps-exercises with the triceps exercises, but it doesn't always match up with the number of exercises, so it must mean something else. Maybe strip sets?

2) the program outlines the daily training like this:
06.00 am training
18.30 pm training
21.30 run (20 - 30) minutes
I just got a baby a couple of weeks ago, so between that, my gym business and my regular job, I'm pretty pressed for time. How much would I take away from my results if I do the cardio workout immideately after the last weight session instead of 3 hours later?

Thanks in advance for any insight you may have to offer. :)

Sorry, my mistake. It is strip sets, not supersets.

The timetable is for a guide only. You can change it around as much as you want.

Thank you, Big A. :)

BTW, the diet seems unorthodox, but I like it, and I think it's working already. The pic in my avatar is from a photosession my wife took of me on Monday at the start of the diet. If all works out well, I'll post some before and afters at the end of the 9 weeks. :)
