Ive had this issue on and off since 2005. Majorily in 2005-96 then it cleared up then from 2008-09 I had to fully take off upper body completely for a full year I trained legs only, did abs. This is how I competed, I got back into training and relized how much I missed it and decided to do a show, but thats besides the point
How did I get it better the first time? Active release therapy, I paid well over 1,000 $$ for many, many weeks , driving two hours one way, once a week
well I got it better, then hurt it again, did the ART again and got it better then hurt it again, having to back off, if it wasnt inner elbow it was outer
Im thinking any form of triceps extension is doing it but not totally sure, im definitely watching patterns and being cautious
Im on cycle , using deca and eq, not doing exercises that hurt it, if they hurt I cut them, then a week went by , no pain and I did arms last night, and inflammed, so icing it, doing a technique I learned called ice friction massage, doing fricton massage, massaging it, not too hard, not too soft , its such super frustrating, Im on cycle and have to cut poundage short like today on back bc if it gets above a 6 or 7 on a pain scale of 1-10 I cut it short
Ive learned physical therapy , been through it many, many times with my insurance, payed out of pocket
has anyone figured out something that keeps occurring and what caused it?
I have a few theories and not totally sure on mine, and im testing them.. Im not a theory guy, more of a fact guy, but if this is all i have to work with , ill have to learn theories and just do what works
